Manchester United vs Arsenal confirmed line-ups: Sanchez starts while Valencia returns with multiple changes for both sides

Manchester United host Arsenal at Old Trafford on Saturday with Jose Mourinho looking to extend his dominant record over Arsene Wenger.

The visitors arrive hoping to make it 17 games unbeaten in all competitions, but without key individuals, Wenger has been forced into making changes.

Hector Bellerin misses out due to an ankle injury while Santi Cazorla remains sidelined, and there was plenty of concern over Alexis Sanchez in midweek.

However, the Chilean international starts up front with Mohamed Elneny in midfield alongside Francis Coquelin, while Carl Jenkinson steps in for Bellerin and will hope to provide some defensive solidity down the right while breaking forward when possible.

Elsewhere, Aaron Ramsey starts on the wing instead of Alex Iwobi, with Theo Walcott shifted out to the left hand side.

As for United, Mourinho has also tinkered with his line-up given that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is suspended and the likes of Eric Bailly and Chris Smalling remain sidelined.

Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Paul Pogba and Juan Mata will be tasked with providing the attacking threat for the home side, while Antonio Valencia has provided his boss with a major boost as he returns from a broken arm and takes his place back at right back.

Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo keep their places after the win over Swansea City prior to the international break, but Arsenal will surely feel confident about their chances of causing them problems.
