Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud came off the bench to help his side secure a 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday.
The Gunners were poor throughout as they struggled to create any clear-cut opportunities, and it looked as though their lethargic effort would be punished when Juan Mata broke the deadlock in the second half.
However, as seen below, Giroud provided a dramatic late response to rescue a point for his side as he continues to make his case to break back into the starting line-up in the weeks ahead.

Jose Mourinho and United will be disappointed that they were unable to hold on for three crucial points as it would have allowed them to close the gap on the top four.
However, Arsenal produced a decisive response late on which could turn out to be a hugely important moment in their season as another defeat away at a direct rival would have brought back all the same questions about their Premier League title credentials.
While Arsene Wenger and his players did little to dispel those suggestions in general, a draw was a positive result in the circumstances as they extended their unbeaten run to 17 games in all competitions and will hope to now improve both their performances and results moving forward.
