Manchester City summer signing Ilkay Gundogan has expressed his disappointment following the Citizens 1-1 draw agaisnt the Bundesliga giants Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The Germany international played the full 90 minutes but was unable to get himself on the scoresheet or find the back of the net.
Gundogan shared a photo of himself during the game and included the following caption, “Draw in Mönchengladbach. Win would have been better, but we’re qualified for #UCL last 16.”
Manchester City will be hoping to return to winning ways when they take on Burnley in the Premier League this weekend.
