Galatasaray forward Lukas Podolski has taken to social media to heap praise on the Lion’s fans following Friday’s 3-1 victory over Bursaspor in the Turkish Super League.
Podolski shared a photo of himself applauding the fans on his official Instagram page and included the following caption, “Our fans are never silent.”
Podolski previously played for Arsenal before making the move to Istanbul to join Galatasaray last season. The Lions moved up to third place with 23 points following yesterdays win.
