Marco Asensio has beaten off some truly world class players to force his way into the Real Madrid setup. The youngster wasn’t given much chance, up against some of the world’s most talented attacking players, but his hard work in training has persuaded Zinedine Zidane to make him a regular – although perhaps it was his basketball skills that impressed Zizou enough to give him a shot.
