Manchester United face a difficult situation over the futures of young striker Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
Both were outstanding last term, but have been reduced to bit part appearances off the bench for the Red Devils this term as Zlatan Ibrahimovic leads the line with great success.
Now according to The Sun, West Ham – desperate for attacking firepower – have offered to loan either of the two attackers for the rest of the season.
While Jose Mourinho will want to keep all his attacking options available, it does seem wasteful to keep two such bright prospects on the bench when playing regularly in the Premier League would be doing them a world of good.
With Zlatan looking set to continue for at least another season after this one, it’s a problem that the United boss should look to solve sooner rather than later, so that he doesn’t risk forcing either of his two young talents towards demanding an exit.
