The one thing that can stop Man U’s fantastic run continuing against Sunderland

Manchester United have won 6 of their last 7 games against Sunderland in all competitions, and that run looks set to continue today.

The Red Devils come into the game in their best form on the season so far. They’ve brushed aside West Brom, Crystal Palace and Tottenham in their last three games, and there’s no reason to suggest Sunderland will be able to put up more of a fight.

Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are ready to return to the team after injury, and Jose Mourinho will be looking to keep up his side’s momentum with a big win. With Old Trafford roaring them on and confidence finally flowing, United could easily put 3 or 4 past the Black Cats, who have an awful record in Manchester.

Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is just about the only thing standing between Man U and the three points tomorrow, and even the outstanding stopper won’t be able to prevent the inevitable.
