Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas is still high on AC Milan’s wishlist for the summer transfer window, according to Calciomercato.

Fabregas made his 300th Premier League appearance yesterday as Chelsea defeated Swansea City 3-1 to extend their lead at the top of the table to 11 points. He marked the milestone with a stunning performance, during which he bagged a goal and an assist.

His good performances appear to have turned the head of Antonio Conte, who is now giving the Spaniard a chance from the start, ahead of midfield counterpart Nemanja Matic.

His form has also captured the attention of one Italian giant, who is reportedly keen to secure his services in the summer. As per Calciomercato, AC Milan see Fabregas as a player they can build a team around and will subsequently look to sign him in the upcoming transfer window.

It remains to be seen how much Chelsea will demand to part with one of their prize assets, or whether Fabregas would be keen on a switch to the San Siro.
