Crystal Palace summer signing who has made just eight league appearances this season targeted by former side

Crystal Palace goalkeeper Steve Mandanda could look to leave Selhurst Park in the summer in search of regular first-team football, report Calciomercato.

Mandanda established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the world during his time at Marseille. It is for that reason that it came as such a surprise when he put pen-to-paper on a move to South London in the summer of 2016.

It appeared to be an astute acquisition by Palace, but he has struggled to replicate his Marseille form in a Crystal Palace shirt and has subsequently made just nine Premier League appearances so far this term.

As Calciomercato report, Mandanda could be tempted to leave Palace in the summer transfer window. The Italian outlet report that his former side Marseille could offer him an exit route from Selhurst Park. It remains to be seen how much Palace will demand in exchange for the French international.
