Liverpool took an early lead in the Merseyside derby with Everton on Saturday with Sadio Mane scoring a brilliant solo goal to put his side 1-0 up.
The summer signing has often been Liverpool’s best player this season, and he wasted little time in further establishing that reputation against Everton.
After picking up possession near the half-way line and exchanging a neat one-two, the Senegal international went on a mesmerising run before keeping his composure to slot the ball past Joel Robles.

The former Southampton man has now scored 13 goals and provided eight assists in 29 games so far this season, as he looks to keep Liverpool in a strong position in the race to finish in the top four in the Premier League.
With Arsenal taking on Manchester City on Sunday and a Manchester United squad depleted by injuries currently, a win over Everton would be crucial for their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.
