Chelsea have taken the lead against Southampton at Stamford Bridge through Eden Hazard.

After a smart forward pass from Cesc Fabregas, Diego Costa pulled the ball back into the feet of Chelsea’s Belgian magician. He fired into Fraser Forster’s bottom corner to give the Blues an early advantage over Claude Puel’s visiting Saints.

Hazard has now found the back of the net 15 times in the Premier League this campaign, his best goal haul in a Chelsea shirt to date. He is well and truly back to his best.
