Tottenham fans in huge panic as key ace drops major hint he’s leaving

Tottenham defender Kyle Walker has been linked with an exit from the club this summer, and his latest Instagram posts have added to the concern.

The 26-year-old has been a key figure for Mauricio Pochettino over the last two years or so, but there have been growing rumours in recent weeks that he was considering an exit.

As noted by The Sun, the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Bayern Munich have all been paired with an interest and that in turn has also added to the concern of Spurs supporters who of course don’t want to see any important individuals leave this summer.

Depending on how you interpret the ‘Thank you’ message he left on Instagram though, he could merely be innocently thanking the fans for their support this season, or it may well be a farewell message to them thanking them for their support during his time at White Hart Lane.

In truth, it doesn’t look good as ultimately there have been claims that he’s had his head turned by the likes of City and Chelsea, who can offer him more money and the chance to win trophies on a regular basis.

It seems as though many interpreted it as a potential goodbye, as there were plenty of worried Spurs fans questioning what it meant, with the likelihood that it’s what they fear.

Kieran Trippier was given the nod in big games near the end of the campaign and impressed, and so Pochettino seemingly has a ready-made replacement to come in and do a job. However, it’s never a good sign to lose top players and in terms of having enough depth, it’s likely the Argentine tactician will move to bring in another right-back this summer if he loses Walker.
