Recent reports in The Times and Yahoo Sport claimed Conte was losing the Chelsea dressing room over his intense training methods, with the latter describing the 48-year-old as a ‘dead man walking’.

Asked about it in his press conference today, Conte finally snapped and did not mince his words when giving his response to the speculation.

‘I think that there is a lot of b*****t,’ he said. ‘We have seen in the past the same with other managers – a lot of b******t’. To create problems between me and the players.

‘But if someone is happy to write this then write this. I have answered very well in the past about this and about different issues.

‘It’s not good that this person (Steve Holland) has to send me a message saying this is not true. I’m sorry but why put another person in this b******t. If you want to hit me, hit me! But don’t put it on other people, it is incorrect and I hate this situation.’
