“My goal is to play my entire career only for Tottenham” – Spurs talisman gives fans assurances over future

Spurs and England ace Harry Kane has given fans assurances over his future with the club, by stating that his goal is to play his entire career with Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Speaking to German news outlet Sport Bild, Kane said “My goal is to play my entire career only for Tottenham”, words that will have calmed the nerves of Spurs fans who would’ve hated to see the player leave.

According to the Sun, Man United were reportedly interested in the Tottenham star, however following these words, it seems as if Spurs fans can relax a bit over the future of Kane.

Man United’s hopes of signing Kane now look slim

Since making his first team debut for the club in 2014, Kane has seen himself turn into one of the best strikers on the planet.

In 180 games for Mauricio Pochettino’s side, the forward has managed to score a mightily impressive 112 goals, with the player also managing to bag 20 assists in that time as well.

In the last two seasons, Kane has seen himself with back-to-back Premier League Golden Boot awards, with the player’s form last season being particularly impressive.

In 30 league games for the north London side, Kane managed to score an almost Messi-like 29 goals, as well as contributing seven assists at the same time.

For England, the Spurs ace has been exceptional, with the player managing to score 12 times in 23 appearances for the Three Lions, a record that shouldn’t be sniffed at.
