Tottenham striker Harry Kane took a little dig at the club’s doubters when the Champions League draw was made after they ended up winning Group H this evening.
Drawn alongside Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid, many questioned if Spurs would even get through to the knockout stages after being handed such a tough set of fixtures.
However, Spurs remain unbeaten in Europe this season and beat Borussia Dortmund for a second time this evening, having also triumphed 3-1 at Wembley earlier in the season.
Kane was on the score sheet again in this impressive 2-1 victory in Germany, and admitted he was thrilled with the result afterwards.
“Everyone was doubting us before the group started…”

‘It’s massive, it’s an unbelievable night for us, for the fans, for the club to finish top of the group with one game to spare,’ Kane told BT Sport.
‘Everyone was doubting us before this group started that we wouldn’t even get through.
‘It’s a tough place to come and we’ve shown we can come from behind and win, so a fantastic night.’
