Man United beat Watford 4-2 at Vicarage Road tonight, as the Red Devils closed the gap on their rivals Man City at the top of the Premier League to five points.
Goals from Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard, as well as a brace from Ashley Young, helped Man United on their way to beating Marco Silva’s side.
Jose Mourinho’s side now sit six points ahead of rivals Chelsea in third, with the Red Devils hoping Southampton can do them a favour tomorrow night as the Saints take on Man City, as they look to close the gap even further over their rivals.
Understandably, Man United fans were overjoyed with the win, with nearly all fans heaping praise on Young following his double tonight.
Here’s some of the best tweets from fans about the revitalised Young following tonight’s win
People need to start giving @youngy18 the credit he deserves. He hasn't put a foot wrong since returning from exile! Outstanding!

Van Gaal isn’t fondly remembered but he brought about a lot of improvement in Ashley Young and that’s continuing under Mourinho. Proof that, even at 32, you can learn/improve #mufc

Man Utd Win 4-2. A disappointing night for Lionel Messi as he falls behind Ashley Young and Jesse Lingard in the running for next year’s Ballon d’Or.

Whilst these fans were absolutely loving it following United’s crushing victory
So Man United have had several key players out for a good spell, been called boring as fook but have an 18+ better goal difference than Arsenal or Liverpool, 16 better than Spurs, 13 better than Chelsea.

Happy days. Bit too nervous for a short spell but Jesse Lingard gets a night off the abuse on here tonight?! Glory Glory Man United!
