Manchester United may have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Real Madrid defensive midfielder Casemiro, who has reportedly informed Real Madrid he has an offer from Paris Saint-Germain.
That’s according to Don Balon, who state that PSG have come in with a ‘crazy’ offer to add Casemiro to their strong Brazilian contingent at the Parc des Princes.
One of the most wealthy and ambitious clubs in the world at the moment, PSG also spent big on signing Neymar from Barcelona in the summer, whilst also taking Kylian Mbappe on loan from Monaco.
Casemiro would be another fine addition to shore up their midfield and add some balance to their squad, with the 25-year-old showing himself to be a crucial member of this Madrid side under Zinedine Zidane.

The Brazil international was not the biggest name when he first moved to the Bernabeu, but has become increasingly important to the club with a key role in their last two Champions League victories, including scoring a superb goal in last season’s final win over Juventus.
Earlier this season, Diario Gol linked Manchester United with an interest in Casemiro, who was said to be after a pay rise at his current club.
It remains to be seen if the Red Devils can realistically complete with PSG for Casemiro’s signature.
