Tottenham star Dele Alli has reportedly made a big career change by switching agents to the CAA, who work closely with Jorge Mendes’ Gestifute agency.

This will see the England international represented by the same agency as Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho, who has recently been linked with a big bid for the player.

According to Don Balon, Mourinho wants United to pay as much as £179million for Alli after his superb start to life in the Premier League.

Still only 21, Alli undoubtedly looks one of the most valuable young footballers on the planet, and he’s given a major indication about his career expectations with this latest move.

The Telegraph have reported on the deal, suggesting that it is a signal of the former MK Dons youngster’s desire to be among the top bracket of footballers in the world in terms of earnings.

Don Balon’s report claimed United were also looking to fight off Real Madrid and Barcelona for Alli’s signature, and it would be little surprise to see him make the step up to that kind of level at some point in the near future.
