Real Madrid are reportedly increasingly keen to seal the transfer of Liverpool star Mohamed Salah for around £88million as Florentino Perez eyes him to replace Gareth Bale.
The Egypt international has been in stunning form for the Reds this term since joining from Roma in the summer, and they may now find it hard to keep him for much longer.
According to Calciomercato, Real Madrid are looking at a number of Premier League players and he’s now one of their priorities, and they may even try offering Bale to Liverpool to help push the deal through.
It isn’t clear if Liverpool would take Bale over Salah on current form, with their free-scoring winger looking one of the top attacking players on the planet right now.

Bale, meanwhile, has struggled to impress and has a poor recent injury record at the Bernabeu.
Still, the Welshman shone during his time in England with Tottenham and would at least go some way to helping Jurgen Klopp find a replacement were he to lose Salah.
One would expect, however, that the Merseyside giants will do all they can to prevent the former Chelsea man leaving so quickly after arriving at Anfield.
