A large number of Manchester United fans took to Twitter this evening to complain about the antics of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp during the Arsenal game.
The German tactician at one point seemed to throw a water bottle, but escaped punishment where other managers have not been so lucky in the past.
United fans particularly feel like Klopp got away with murder as they’ve seen Jose Mourinho punished for similar incidents in the past, such as kicking a water bottle.
Klopp is known for being a passionate figure on the touchline, but fans are rightly questioning the consistency of the match officials in dealing with the Reds boss as he seems to get away with breaking the rules.
Just seen Klopp throw a water bottle quite violently, as I recall, that is a banable offence is it not Jose? Wonder if the oh so consistent @fa will take action…

José and the bottle was an isolated incident. Klopp is like this EVERY week why is he tolerated. Its not normal behaviour for an adult let alone a millionaire football manager.

Klopp threw a bottle and is doing things for which Mourinho will receive a four game touchline ban. Jose is right, there are different rules for him.
