It seems there’s no pleasing some Chelsea fans after they expressed their frustration with one player in particular in their 5-0 win over Stoke City.
The hosts were dominant at Stamford Bridge, taking an early lead and never looking back as they ended 2017 in style with a comprehensive victory.
Goals from Antonio Rudiger, Danny Drinkwater, Pedro, Willian and Davide Zappacosta did the job, although there were no such goalscoring exploits from striker Alvaro Morata.
Instead, the Spaniard got slated during the game by the Chelsea supporters below, as they were left annoyed with his tendency to go to ground too easily.
It seems as though he was a repeat offender on Saturday, and he’ll have to stamp that out and be more aggressive and physical moving forward to keep these fans happy as that is ultimately want is needed in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old has bagged 12 goals and four assists in 25 appearances so far this season so he’s certainly had a positive impact at Chelsea following his summer move from Real Madrid, but evidently there is still room for improvement for these supporters…
