CRUCIAL update as Man Utd receive transfer hint over Real Madrid SUPERSTAR

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has had his say on one of his most influential players by delivering a major transfer update on his future.

With talk that he wants to leave the Bernabeu, it’s been a concerning time for Los Blancos as they will surely have no interest in seeing Cristiano Ronaldo depart.

The Portuguese superstar has had an incredible spell in the Spanish capital, scoring a staggering 422 goals in 417 appearances for the club, while winning two La Liga titles, three Champions League trophies and three FIFA Club World Cups too among many others.

In turn, despite suggestions of discontent and other off-the-pitch issues that continue to frustrate him, Zidane is adamant that the 32-year-old is going nowhere.

“I can’t imagine a Real Madrid without Cristiano, not at all. He’s a Madrid player and he wants to finish his career here. I don’t see him playing anywhere else,” he is quoted as saying by the Metro.

It’s added how Man Utd had been hoping for a possible reunion with Ronaldo after his previous stint at Old Trafford saw the club enjoy a trophy-laden spell as they helped mould him into the player he is today.

While some may believe that he’s starting to decline, he’s still performing at an impressively high level after so many years at the top along with Lionel Messi. As a result, it’s understandable as to why Man Utd would want to see him return, but if Zidane has anything to do with it, a reunion at Old Trafford won’t be happening any time soon.
