Antonio Conte’s situation at Chelsea seems to get worse and worse as reports claim the Italian tactician is not on speaking terms with key transfer chief Marina Granovskaia.
The Blues boss has been critical of the club’s work in the transfer market and the Times claim they are growing increasingly frustrated with what is seen as a somewhat dishonest line on signings.
While Conte is not responsible for every single player brought in to Chelsea, the Times claim the club feel he is disowning those he did have a key role in signing due to their disappointing form.

Among those names are Alvaro Morata and Davide Zappacosta, both of whom have arguably not looked up to scratch for much of their time at Stamford Bridge so far.
It’s been a disappointing season in general for Chelsea, and another recent report from the Times claimed that the feeling at the club was that he would not stay beyond the end of this campaign.

Conte enjoyed instant success last season as he led the west Londoners to Premier League glory and the FA Cup final, but it’s all gone sour since.
The Times’ latest claim that the former Juventus boss is now using coach Carlo Cudicini to communicate with Granovskaia is the latest sign that all is not well at the Bridge.
