Liverpool appear to have been hilariously trolled on Twitter by RB Leipzig after they managed to hold on to star midfielder Naby Keita this January.
The Guinea international already has an agreement in place to seal a transfer to Anfield in the summer, though the Reds were also linked with an early deal this winter, according to BBC Sport.
Keita has shone in the Bundesliga and looks like he’d be an ideal addition for Liverpool, particularly after the blow of losing Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona in the middle of the season.
Jurgen Klopp could certainly have done with Keita’s quality in the middle of the park in the second half of this campaign, though as BBC Sport reported, Leipzig insisted they would not be releasing the player early.

With the January transfer window now over, the German club are celebrating, and tweeted a cheeky GIF this morning of Keita dancing.
While it seems innocent enough, it is almost certainly a cheeky little dig to rub it in Liverpool’s faces that they now have to wait until the summer to finally get hold of their player.
Liverpool did manage to bring in Virgil van Dijk from Southampton this winter but could be a little light in attack after selling Coutinho and also loaning Daniel Sturridge to West Brom.
