Arsenal star sends frightening Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang message to the rest of the Premier League

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has a pretty daunting message for the rest of the Premier League regarding the club’s new signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The Gabon international scored on his debut for the Gunners yesterday, chipping in a delightful finish in the 5-1 thrashing of Everton at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal fans were rightly excited as Aubameyang arrived from Borussia Dortmund on deadline day, bringing in the big name they were craving after Alexis Sanchez was allowed to leave for rivals Manchester United.

Ramsey is also pretty excited after Aubameyang’s instant impact on his debut against Everton, saying that if that’s not him at his best then the club have a frighteningly good player on their hands, as he expects he’ll likely only go on and improve on that exciting introduction.

‘If that’s not him at 100 per cent then we’ve got a player on our hands,’ the Wales international was quoted in the Metro.

‘Well done to him for scoring on his debut and to Micki (Henrikh Mkhitaryan) as well for getting a few assists.

‘Hopefully there’s a lot more to come and they can help us push to finish off the season strongly. They’ve brought quality into this team. We all know how they linked up at Dortmund and you could see that their understanding tonight was brilliant.

‘It was a great goal by Auba and Micki came up with a few assists as well. It’s a sign of things to come and we’re really excited to have them here. Hopefully they can kick on.’

The 28-year-old won’t be at peak fitness or sharpness yet after a protracted transfer saga and little time to train with his new team-mates, but that didn’t show as he looked a real threat throughout against the Toffees.
