£150m Chelsea star urging Real Madrid to speed up his transfer to the Bernabeu

Chelsea star Eden Hazard is reportedly pushing for Real Madrid to speed up his transfer to the Bernabeu this summer, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon.

The report claims the Belgium international is ready to go to Real with his ‘eyes closed’ and is not bothered about Zinedine Zidane’s position as manager at the club.

The French tactician looks under growing pressure after a difficult season, with Los Blancos well out of the running in La Liga already and facing a daunting tie against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

Hazard has also recently been linked as a £150million transfer target for Manchester City by Don Balon, but it looks like he is desperate to ensure he gets his move to Madrid.

The 27-year-old could be ideal for Real’s current needs in attack, with Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema not at their best this season while Gareth Bale has had his problems with injuries.

This would be a devastating blow for Chelsea, and a sign of how they’ve fallen this season as Hazard supposedly fancies his chances of greater success in Spain, according to Don Balon.

Their report claims the prospect of taking his career up a level after hitting something of a ceiling at Stamford Bridge is a major motivation for the player, as is potentially winning Ballon d’Or with the club.
