Newport County supporters enjoyed a trip to Wembley on Wednesday night for their FA Cup replay with Tottenham, but Dele Alli was the subject of one of their chants.
Spurs advanced after a 2-0 win, but that didn’t stop the visitors from making the most of their journey as they were seen in the stands long after the full-time whistle.
Prior to the game though, this video went viral as they made up a personalised chant for Alli after his week to forget both on and off the pitch.
The England international was not only booked for diving against Liverpool on Sunday, but as Marca report, he was also left rather red-faced after a sex tape of his was leaked.
Naturally, he’s going to get some stick from rival supporters for a while with Newport’s faithful the first to be given an opportunity since the video was shared on social media on Sunday night.
As seen in the video below, they came armed with a specific chant for the 21-year-old. Unfortunately for him, we think it might catch on and it won’t be the last time we hear it for the next few weeks at least…
