Manchester United are reportedly ready to try a bid of around £17.8million to hijack Adrien Rabiot’s transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Barcelona.
The France international is out of contract with PSG at the end of this season and has long been linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes.

Don Balon report of Barcelona trying to do a deal for Rabiot, but the report claims they now face late competition from both United and Bayern Munich, who are ready to pay around £17.8m to beat the Catalan giants to his signature.
Rabiot would make sense as a target for United due to the poor performances of some of their midfielders this season.
While the likes of Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera have improved under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the club could do with a younger option in that position for the future, while summer signing Fred has been a major flop and could do with replacing straight away.
However, it remains to be seen which team Rabiot will choose, with the 23-year-old seemingly being given plenty of offers to choose from.
From our point of view, however, it would be great to see such a top talent make his way to the Premier League.
