Liverpool linked with Serie A youngster
Merely six months after completing a summer move from Feyenoord to Internazionale, Liverpool continue their interest in Dutch forward, Luc Castaignos.
The striker has been heavily linked with a move to Anfield for the past week or so and speculation may tell today with the Reds hopeful of signing the youngster.
Casaignos scored 15 goals in 41 appearances for Feyenoord and is also attracting domestic interest with Bologna said to be close to sealing his loan signature also.
Inter will more likely want to see their player go to a foreign outfit instead of helping out league rivals and Castaignos could be a Liverpool in February as Dalglish looks to settle some attacking issues within his side.

Luc Castaignos is considered one of the hottest prospects of Dutch football but as yet the teenager is still to make an impact at the San Siro but it would still be fairly odd if Claudio Ranieri was ready to call it quits with the young Feyenoord man quite so soon.
The 19 year old attacker would adhere to Liverpool’s youthful transfer policy and wouldn’t cost the earth and Kenny Dalglish could well do with back up for his first choice strikers Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez but one may wonder if the Inter Milan man would be ready for Premier League football instantly.
The Merseyside club could choose to sign the youngster and loan him out at a fellow English top tier side to help him get experience and the 6ft 2in youngster has the physical strength to be a handful in the Premier League.
Liverpool were strongly linked with a move for Castaignos prior to his summer move to the Serie A giants and director of football Damien Comolli may well look to finally lure the Under 19 Dutch international to Merseyside.
