First we had allegations of Taylor calling Ronaldo “ugly” and Ronaldo calling Taylor a “Rubbish footballer, which had us all thinking we’d get a good week’s worth of media fallout as Pizzagate became Uglygate.
Alas, Taylor has now come out and said that nothing actually happened in the tunnel and that he and C-Ron are best mates or something.
“There was no bust-up with Ronaldo,” Taylor explained to The Newcastle Chronicle.
“I shook hands with him at the end of the game.”
