West London rivals could make a move for Tottenham man.
As if losing Dimitar Berbatov to the Red Devils last summer wasn’t bad enough, it now appears as though another Tottenham striker has his heart set on a move to Old Trafford!
Poor Spurs, Poor Harry Redknapp. Their reward for reaching the Carling Cup final and the last thirty-two of the UEFA Cup is a spot of fixture congestion and, while most English football clubs would appreciate the revenue generated from featuring in these competitions, the Tottenham manager is clearly not a happy bunny.
Spurs have spent over £50 million on their current attacking quartet, and it’s surely an area which should help them get out of trouble at the bottom of the Premier League. However, which combination of strikers would you choose if you were in Harry Redknapp’s shoes?
