(The Metro)

According to most sources it appears Harry is very keen on re-shuffling the White Hart Lane midfield. He clearly wants to receive decent bids for David Bentley and Roman Pavlyuchenko so that he can use the cash to reinvest in the Tottenham squad. Redknapp has come out in numerous interviews stating that whilst he would like to keep Russian international Pavlyuchenko he realises the former Spartak Moscow man is getting increasingly desperate to leave the club.

I am sure Spurs would love to pull off a deal that would see Jermaine Jenas swap with Sulley Muntari at Inter Milan but that seems a tall order but of the midfielders currently on situ at the north London club Jenas is the most dispensable given the excellent partnership formed between Huddlestone and Palacios so if a player could be brought in to help beef up the options in Redknapp’s pack then Harry would very much like to do so without splashing too much cash.

Scott Parker is a player that the Tottenham boss clearly admires and the Upton Park side needs cash and will have to sell a player to two in January to keep them clear of further financial strain. Some may not see Parker as an improvement on who is already in the Spurs armoury but I think on his day the former England man can be a great player. Always determined in the tackle and able to work as well offensively as he does defensively the 29 year old would surely jump at the chance of such a move.

Don’t forget to check out Online Football Manager!

Tottenham Set for Fulham Bid for £12m Pavyluchenko

Features

Fulham FC

Premier League

Tottenham FC

Transfer Rumours

Roman Pavyluchenko

tottenham

West London club interested in Spurs bench warmer.
