There are many, many crap football columnists out there. There are many, many crap football humorists out there. And then there are the few who don’t suck. But for my money, there’s only one who’s actually both funny and insightful week-in, week-out, and that’s the BBC’s Robbo. This week’s rants are both great (though I could do without the rugby bits). We always find the slightly bizarre ‘conversation’ ones (who the heck is he supposed to be talking to, anyway?) a little more funny and the straight up columns more meaty, but either way, its always worth a read every time.
