Pressure on England? Ha!

While England is torn apart over the will-he-won’t-he saga over Wayne Rooney’s fitness, the Telegraph has admirably put the spotlight on a team with facing some real pressure at the World Cup – the Ivory Coast.

As many people’s pick as a surprise package (therefore nullifying any level of surprise), the Elephants face incredible expectations from a home nation declared the most dangerous in the world and which has only taken a temporary respite from a civil war to support their team this summer. The sight of a successful, united team containing players from the warring northern and southern regions can only help.
