Arsenal mastermind Arsene Wenger is reportedly ready to let Theo Walcott go out on loan to another Premier League club according to The Sun.
Although Walcott has shone, it has only been sporadically – and now Wenger thinks some time at another club might teach him to knuckle down a bit. Sun journo Mark Irwin claims that Wenger:
“wants guarantees Walcott, signed in a deal that could be worth £12million to Southampton, will be a regular first-teamer and will play down the middle — not out wide.
As for the Frenchman himself he said:
“There is a gap here between playing in the reserves and our first team. So I try to loan them to another club, to get them ready.”
So is this a good idea, will Walcott come back as a better player?
