He might be still only 20 years of age but Lubos Kalouda is already discovering him in a footballing tug-of-war. Sky Sports reports that Newcastle United have now joined in the race to sign the highly rated Czech player from Brno.
Italian giants Juventus are the other club who are willing to embrace the midfielder. They are already in talks with the Czech club but Brno’s major shareholder Roman Pros tells CTK that they are also looking at the offer from Newcastle.
Considering that 31 January is getting closer, we have to negotiate. There are no further obligations to Juventus. Despite that, we are awaiting their statement but in the meantime we have started talks with Newcastle who know our requirements for releasing Kalouda.
Kalouda has been called to the international side and is making name for him in the European football circuit. Juve are ready to allow the player stay at Brno for the rest of the season if the player so wishes but Newcastle are believed to be eager to take the player on board right away. Yet Juve should ultimately get the signature of the highly rated Czech player believed to be the next Pavel Nedved.
