The BBC reports that Newcastle United have parted company with their coach Nigel Pearson after just over a year at St. James’ Park. His departure is as much sudden as surprisingly since he has been one of the most important components in the Newcastle unit for the last 12 or so months.
Pearson was twice in charge of the club as caretaker manager. Last May he led the club after Glenn Roeder resigned as the Newcastle manager and stayed the Newcastle manage for a few days in the way of the sacking of Sam Allardyce this season.
Kevin Keegan’s arrival to St. James’ Park implies that the Geordie unit would undergo a change and it appears that wringing of those changes have already started with the farewell of Pearson.
