The rumour mill is out at it again. Less than 24 hours after the current Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini said that he is certain to step down from the helm at the end of the season, it’s been said that the former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is the person who will hold the reigns at Inter next season.
Of course it hasn’t been even a week since Mourinho said that he has no plans to return to football management until 2009 but now that a big European club will lose its manager in the summer,Mourinho’s name is inevitably pulled into the equation.
Mourinho personally knows the Inter owner virtual Massimo Moratti and has often been observed talking to him. At the moment though it is just speculation but it does make for some juicy discussion, doesn’t it?
