West Ham prepared to offload wantaway £6m striker and fluff: Good business for the club!

After looking like a promising prospect to make the starting XI last season, it appears that West Ham boss, Alan Curbishley, has had enough of striker Bobby Zamora and his lack of a killer instinct. The wantaway striker looks like he will be getting his wish to play some first-team football by moving across London.

West Ham’s Bobby Zamora and John Pantsil are on the verge of joining Fulham after they were deemed surplus to requirements at Upton Park.

The pair have been allowed to talk to the Cottagers as they look for regular first team football.

With Carlton Cole coming on strong during the latter part of the season, Zamora became even more surplus to requirements during the summer transfer window. Plus, if the club can get £6m in return from Fulham, then I think you could call the transfer move a success.

What do West Ham supporters think about moving Zamora for £6m? Do you think this is a bit of good business, or would you rather the club keep him around as a third or fourth option?
