The all new rumour reporting article system is in full effect!
Champions League finalists Barcelona are ready to loan out the 18-year-old in an effort to boost his first-team experience and La Liga club Almeria have already inquired about the prodigious forward, who scored 12 goals in 48 appearances during his debut campaign at the Nou Camp last season.
Despite appearing as a substitute during the Champions League semi-final against Chelsea, Krkic has struggled to secure regular football this season and Allardyce made his move last week after being informed that Barcelona are keen to strike a loan deal for the player.
Sources at Blackburn have confirmed the club’s inquiry over signing Krkic for the duration of next season, but Barcelona are set to delay a decision on his likely destination until after the Champions League final against Manchester United on May 27.

You have to admire Big Sam’s balls (oh err missus) because whilst it is unlikely the fleet footed attacker will be up for a loan move to Ewood Park, it doesn’t harm anyone to ask anyway.
Oddly enough i think such a move would only help the youngster’s progression but it seems very unlikely indeed that such a deal would come to fruition. The teenager would do well also to learn from the lesson Giovani has been taught about leaving La Liga to pursue his footballing dreams. The Mexican was brought in by former Spurs boss Juande Ramos and was seen as a player who would have a bright future at the club however Harry Redknapp wasn’t so keen and loaned him out to Ipswich Town and one can only imagine what the future holds for the 20 year old.
Krkic may find it hard to break into the Barcelona first team with any regularity but it would be well worth him continuing to try whilst learning from some of the best attacking players on the planet.
Bojan to Blackburn: A cheeky bid doomed to fail.
