Spurs Boss Proves Nepotism is Dead by Offering his Son a Job

Alan Shearer proves that this managerial lark is a piece of cake and now Harry Redknapp wants to offer his son a way out of the TV game.

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has offered his son Jamie a coaching role at White Hart Lane next season.
The ex-Liverpool and Spurs midfielder retired in 2005 and is now a television pundit but that is unlikely to prevent him from taking up his father’s offer.
“Next year, I hope Jamie will come in and spend a couple of days a week working with the youth sides, just for the love of it,” Redknapp said.

Jamie Redknapp annoyed many with his comments post Didier Drogba madness whilst sitting in his comfy pundits chair by claiming that Ref’s from Norway were not up to the task of a Champions League tie rather than rightfully pointing out that the Chelsea man was out of line for moaning like a baby.

Anyway it’s nice to see Harry giving his son a position at Tottenham, but what qualifications does he have? Other than of course being a blood relative? The quote “Just for the Love of it” would imply to me that Redknapp Jnr wouldn’t be paid for his work, or have i just got that horribly wrong?

Rumours that Louise Redknapp will be hired as a club masseuse have been vehemently denied, much to the disappointment of the Spurs players!
