The all new rumour reporting article system is in full effect!
Manchester United are debating whether to allow Carlos Tevez to leave so they can replace him with French hotshot Karim Benzema.
Sir Alex Ferguson has had the 21-year-old watched on a regular basis and has received glowing reports about the Lyon striker. He is likely to have to pay around £35million and must consider whether Benzema will be able to adapt to the demands and rigours of the Premier League.

Well this in an old chestnut that refuses to show any sign of vanishing. Karim Benzema has been the subject of many a rumour but now that his Lyon side have finally had their French League title taken away from them and could even miss out on a Champions League place it does seem the youngster could be about to leave the club.
Claude Puel’s side have struggled for goals this season and have relied even more than usual on Benzema and it seems little can stop a raft of clubs from bombarding the club with their interest in the impressive striker. Sir Alex is known to be a fan and i guess the only quandary he would have would be in finding room for the talented French international in his starting eleven.
Benzema to Man United: It would be a huge signing and could be likely if the club doesn’t take Tevez on permanently, but i just don’t see the club bringing in another striker unless of course they were thinking of a potential Ronaldo departure and then playing two up front with Rooney out wide?
