The Analysis

Last summer the pacy 21 year old came very close to joining Juande Ramos at Spurs, the Spaniard having been his boss at the La Liga club, but the deal fell through pretty late on and i think many had forgotten all about him but now it appears his name is back spinning on the rumour mill and he is a hot prospect.

The Sevilla player is most comfortable out on the left wing but has been known to play in the hole behind the striker and could well be useful in this role at Tottenham although would be less needed at the Emirates in such a role as Arshavin is a master in this position, also there is a big question mark over just how much Arsenal have to spend this summer and clearly Wenger is more in need of solid defenders and tough tackling midfielders rather than yet another skillful attacker.

Tottenham have been using Luka Modric out on the left in recent months to good effect but perhaps Harry is looking for natural width and a wing pairing of Aaron Lennon and Capel would be a feared one, then Luka could in theory play off the front man completing a pretty awesome attacking line.

The Likelihood

Capel to Arsenal/Tottenham: A lot depends on a) whether Sevilla clinch a Champs Lge place and b) whether Harry sells some of his current squad to make room. either way a move to White Hart Lane seems more likely.
