The all new rumour reporting article system is in full effect!
Manchester City have joined Liverpool in their battle for Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez.
A £30m Tevez move across Manchester to join old enemies City would horrify United fans but suit the unsettled Argentinian striker.
Though there will be no European football at Eastlands next season, City can offer him the regular Premier League spot he craves.

According to Man United Chief Executive David Gill the whole Tevez affair will be put aside until June when all parties will then get together to discuss what will happen to the striker but i that hasn’t stopped all and sundry reporting on just what the future holds for the former West Ham man.
Rafa seems genuinely interested in the talented and determined front man and the fact that he would be bending Sir Alex’s nose out of shape must also be a prospect that Benitez would greatly enjoy as an added bonus.
Carlos has a difficult decision to make. However much he may love the Old Trafford side it appears that the love is not reciprocated by the club’s boss even though it is by the clubs fans. If he does stay he knows he will more than likely find himself warming the bench for large periods of the season so one wonders why he would want to stay at all. Man City can of course offer him bags of cash but they won’t be able to give him a title push or Champions League football for the foreseeable future so i think a move to Anfield must be tempting for the 25 year old.
Tevez to Liverpool or Man City: I have a sneaking feeling he could well be on his way to Merseyside to form a feared pairing with El Nino!
