The all new rumour reporting article system is in full effect!
Andriy Voronin has ended his loan spell with German club Hertha Berlin and could be in line for a return to Liverpool.
The striker admitted that the weekend was his final appearance for Hertha but stopped short of revealing what was next for him.
“[The match against Karlsruhe on Saturday] was my last match as a Hertha Berlin player,” Voronin told Die Welt.
“I want to wish the club and their fans all the best in the future.”

Things were not looking good for Ukrainian International Andriy Voronin after he had seemingly burned his bridges at Anfield when following a string of poor showings he decided to lay into the city of Liverpool itself with a series of shocking statements in an interview which he probably wishes never took place.
Then he was offloaded to Hertha Berlin and was expected to be turfed out on a permanent basis. However the striker has had a great season at the Bundesliga club and at one point he had helped the club to top of the table until a run of poor performances left the side agonisingly one point from a Champions League spot.
Now the 29 year old is heading back to Merseyside and it will be interesting to see what happens next. Perhaps Rafa is ready to welcome him back into the fold or more likely Benitez will see Voronin as potential fodder to be offloaded to fund new acquisitions. What should he do?
Voronin to stay at Livepool: Seems unlikely, expect him to be sold to the highest bidder.
