Rick Parry’s successor named.
Liverpool FC have announced that 45-year-old business expert Christian Purslow is to be the man replacing Rick Parry in managing the club.
It was announced earlier this year that chief-executive, Parry is to leave the club this summer after 11 years at Anfield. He has stayed on to oversee a smooth transaction to his successor.
The Liverpool Echo reports that Purslow has education from Cambridge and Harvard universities, is a lifelong Liverpool supporter with family coming from the Wirral, and speaks fluent Spanish. The Echo say he has already started liaising with Reds boss Rafa Benitez. (This Is Anfield)

So now that Rick Parry has been replaced what next for the club? Some news on the grapevine suggest that the club is about to get a massive cash injection but of course this is just conjecture at this point but clearly the club would dearly love to be in the same spending league as the likes of Chelsea and Man City or even at a level that Sir Alex enjoys.
Are the fans sad to see Mr. Parry leave the club after his decade plus of service?
