Clubs line up to sign the former Arsenal man.
Premiership rivals are queuing for Tottenham winger David Bentley.
The Mirror says Aston Villa boss Martin O’Neill fancies Tottenham’s Bentley but the England winger is also interesting Everton and Manchester City with boss Mark Hughes ready to link-up again with his former Blackburn player.
Bentley is expected to leave White Hart Lane this summer.

I will avoid the usual ‘Bentley for sale, three previous owners’ reference, having unwittingly done just that, to say that Harry Redknapp can’t wait to get shot of the former Blackburn man and is simply waiting for an offer in the same ballpark as the club’s original outlay which he will surely accept.
Bentley had a pretty poor season at White Hart Lane and his fantastic strike at the Emirates was clearly just about the only highlight for the England man and he could well do with a new challenge to resurrect his career. A move to Aston Villa seems the most likely but no doubt he would be keen on a big money move to Man City but oddly enough he may be one of the few footballers alive that the club hasn’t actually made a formal approach for.
Redknapp is looking to trim down his squad so he can bring in some of his own new signings and therefore the sale of the midfielder can’t come quickly enough for him.
Bentley to leave Spurs: A certainty and my money would be on a move to Villa Park
