Could be a bargain signing for the Toffees
Everton boss David Moyes is in a transfer tussle with Hull City for Welsh star Joe Ledley, as he tries to sign THREE new players this week.
Moyes is now willing to pay Cardiff City £3million for Ledley, which is short of their £4.5m valuation – a figure that rivals Hull have verbally said they will meet.

Whilst its undoubtedly true that Toffees boss David Moyes has to operate under strict financial budgets when it comes to bringing in new players I can’t see them getting away with such a miserly bid for a player tipped for great things.
We are talking a Cardiff player at age 22 has already amassed 200 plus first team appearances as well as 29 international caps. Joe Ledley is an adaptable midfielder who can play out wide left but is perhaps more effective in the centre of midfield.
He scores a fair few goals for his position and could be another crucial signing to help the Merseyside outfit to push on towards the top four. The Welsh side value him around £4.5m which to me still sounds like a bargain.
Ledley to Everton: I expect Moyes to up his bid to get his man.
