A queue is forming at this experienced midfielder’s door.
No less than four Premiership clubs are chasing Juventus midfielder Christian Poulsen.
“Juventus could release some of their midfielders following the arrival of Felipe Melo,” agent Jorn Bonnesen told newspaper Ekstra Bladet.
“There are several in that role, so it’s possible the club is ready to sell Poulsen and evaluate any offers that come in.
“That is what we have been told, but it does not mean Poulsen has got to be sold.”

29 year old Danish international Poulsen is becoming a much sought after property and after Ciro Ferrara’s purchase of Felipe Melo will surely hasten the clamour for the former Sevilla and Schalke man. Rafa Benitez was reportedly interested in the midfielder last summer and could well be one of the front runners for his signature.
Many Premier League clubs appear interested and it appears the battling attributes he possesses would make him an ideal signing for the English top tier. He could be made available for as little as £6m and at that price would be one hell of a bargain.
Some would say that he would be an ideal replacement if Liverpool were to lose Javier Mascherano but could be a useful addition regardless of what happens to the Argentine.
Poulsen to Liverpool: It would be a deal that would make good financial sense.
