Goodison Park boss eyes up talented Brazilian.
Everton boss David Moyes has set his sights on a summer move for in form Brazilian winger Nene. The Monaco man is having the best season of his journeyman career and the Goodison Park manager is hoping that the challenge of a move to the Premier League will appeal to the talented 28 year old who may feel the time is right to leave the mid table Ligue 1 side.
The Toffees are looking for new attacking options but clearly any move for Nene may spark speculation about the future of Steven Pienaar who has in turn been linked with a move away from the Merseyside club.
Everton has reportedly sent scouts to check out the Monaco wide man and have been most impressed by his ability to make something out of nothing as well as his knack of being able to score his fair share of goals. Nene is currently the third top scorer in France, quite an achievement for a man who was farmed out to Espanyol last term.
Whilst Moyes has also been linked with a plethora of strikers he also seems keen on adding more creativity to his midfield and with that in mind a move for Nene could be a very wise one.
